Google chrome autofilling all password inputs

I must have turned on google to autofill for a login on my site, however it is trying to now autofill that login data whenever I want to edit

I noticed that Chrome / FF browser ALWAYS auto-filled the text input immediately preceding the password field. So the simplest solution was to add a "dummy" input:
