Hide status bar or progress bar in Eclipse

Approach 1

1. Go to Quick Access (or press Ctrl + 3)

2. Type "status bar"

3. Choose Toggle Statusbar - Toggle the visibility of the bottom status bar

1. Window > Appearance > Hide Status Bar
