iPhone running iOS 8.3 shows up as ineligible in Xcode 6.2

Current setup:

• iPhone 6+ updated to iOS 8.2
• iMac running Mavericks (10.9) with Xcode 6.2
• Deployment target set to 8.2

XCODE 6.3 is out.. It solved my problem.. If you have Yosemite, you can download the 6.4 beta version
