Actually it's way easier to use ToolBucket plugin for Notepad++ to multiline replace.
To activate it just go to N++ menu:
Plugins > Plugin Manager > Show Plugin Manager > Check ToolBucket > Install.
Restart N++ and press ALT + SHIFT + F to multiline edit.
