Fowloing code remove newline from both side of string:
select ltrim(rtrim('asbda'||CHR(10)||CHR(13) ,''||CHR(10)||CHR(13)),''||CHR(10)||CHR(13)) from dual
but in most cases this one is just enought :
select rtrim('asbda'||CHR(10)||CHR(13) ,''||CHR(10)||CHR(13))) from dual
