You can't. UIViewController and its subclass only can handle navigate between screen.

In your case, need pass link (variable) to navigation controller in custom class.

Like:

class nonUI {
    var navigationController: UINavigationController?

    init(navigationController: UINavigationController) {
        self.navigationController = navigationController
    }

 function Push() {
  //How to send user back to specific VC here?
  navigationController?.popViewController(animated: true)
 }
}
