for AlertDialog Try This :

((TextView) dialog.findViewById(getResources().getIdentifier(
            "alertTitle", "id", "android"))).setTypeface(myRegularFont);

And For AlertDialog Button TypeFace :

((Button) dialog.getButton(AlertDialog.BUTTON_POSITIVE))
            .setTypeface(myBoldFont);

for ProgressDialog Try This :

((TextView) prWait.findViewById(getResources().getIdentifier(
