Gem dependency error in rails 2.3.4

Question

HI, i am working in Rails .. my gem list is

*** LOCAL GEMS ***

   abstract (1.0.0)
 actionmailer (3.0.4, 3.0.3, 2.3.11, 2.3.10, 2.3.8, 2.3.4, 2.3.2)
 action

The solution is fairly simple. Just run the following commands to go back to the previous version of rubygems and you should be fine:

$ gem install rubygems-update -v='1.4.2'
$ gem uninstall rubygems-update -v='1.5.0'
$ update_rubygems
