I have written a cursor:

DECLARE CURSOR_SendMail CURSOR FAST_FORWARD  
FOR  
SELECT AlertId,AlertDetailsId,AlertDescription  
,AlertTarget,ProjectDetailId,Su

The default is Dynamic, unless you have changed it.
