NetBeans: Re-run Maven with the -e switch on / PluginResolutionException

i have no clue about Maven and Netbeans, i updated my netbeans and now my test is not working anymore:

On netbeans 8.2, Tools > Options > (see below figure)

1. enter "maven" in the search box
2. type "--debug --errors" in the "Global ...".
