Using protocol-relative URIs within “Location:” headers

As suggested by HTTP protocol, you should use absolute URI. You can still detect protocol, by using $_SERVER['HTTPS'] variable, with a condition like:

$protocol = "http" . (!empty($_SERVER['HTTPS']) ? "s" : "");
