Call your plugin like this:

cordova.require("com.huronasolutions.plugins.ContactView").show(
 function (contact) {
   success({ "contact": contact, "msg": "success" });
 },
 function (fail) {
   fail({ "msg": "We were unable to get the contact you selected." });
 }
);
