One way of getting it in the project view is importing your workspace back into the project. This is not desirable but if you must have the bin it will definitely work. I can't understand why you would want the bin in the project though but again if you do 1. Import 2. Existing Project - name of workspace 3. Check only the bin otherwise you will duplicate everything.
