Where everything after the directive name is the value passed into the directive.

app.directive('myDirectiveName', function(){
   return {
      restrict: 'M',
      link: function(scope, elem, attr) {
          alert(attr.myDirectiveName); //alerts "this is all an argument"
      }
   };
});
