Can't install pycurl with pip

Question

Can\'t install pycurl with pip, win xp x32, python 2.7.

here is the log

pip install pycurl
Downloading/unpacking pycurl
  Downloading pycurl-7.19.3.1

Following the steps one mentioned above, solved my problem.

sudo apt install libcurl4-gnutls-dev librtmp-dev

pip install pycurl
