Fetching data from Mysql DB to listView using JSON and PHP

Change this

 String name = jsonChildNode.optString("employee_name");
 String number = jsonChildNode.optString("employee_no");

to

 String name = jsonChildNode.getString("emp_name");
 String number = jsonChildNode.getString("emp_no");
