All projects in solution are Delay signed. The soluton can be build successfully for

Open cmd.

Cd  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v7.0A\Bin"   

Run:

sn –Vr **AssemblingX** name (without dll extension), **PublicKeyToken**

(the code)

Rebuild the solution. And it should be solved.
