You don't.

There is no Reinstall Plugin option in Eclipse.

You can, however, uninstall the plugin (***) and reinstall it using MENU >> Help | Install new Software

(***) Follow Sebastian's uninstall instructions, which still work in the latest Mars version of Eclipse.
