The Jedis library is an awesome solution, unfortunately with bad documentation.

So,

@Autowired private JedisSentinelPool pool;

public void mymethod() {
    Jedis jedis = null;
    try {
        jedis = pool.getResource();
        jedis.hset(....
    } catch (JedisException je) {
        throw je;
    } finally {
        if (jedis != null) pool.returnResource(jedis);
