Debugging silverlight application problem

If that doesn't work, then

• reset iis (if you are debugging in that)
• delete temporary asp.net files (%SystemRoot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\versionNumber\Temporary ASP.NET Files)
• clean and rebuild your solution
