Python TA-Lib install problems

Frustratingly having a lot of difficult installing the TA-Lib package in python.

I have read through all the forum posts

Download related package from

https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#ta-lib

  TA_Lib‑0.4.17‑cp36‑cp36m‑win_amd64.whl (Since I have python 3.6, cp36)

and use

  pip install TA_Lib‑0.4.17‑cp36‑cp36m‑win_amd64.whl
