I use this formula in my application to calculate RTP timestamp field for h.264 video stream:
Timestamp = LastTimestamp + Inverval(ms) * 90000 / 1000

After 0 milisecond encoded RTP timestamp = 0
After 50 milisecond encoded RTP timestamp = 0+50*90 = 4500
After 40 milisecond encoded RTP timestamp = 4500+40*90 = 8100
After 33 milisecond encoded RTP timestamp = 8100+33*90 = 11070
