Cloudera Manager fails to add hosts

I\'ve followed the installation procedure from here and when I reach the Inspect Role Assignments stage I only see one managed host: localhost.localdo

If you tried all the suggestions upside and you still can't add the new host into cluster,

please try this:

1. do the full steps of uninstallation following the guide Uninstalling Cloudera Manager and Managed Software from Uninstall Cloudera Manager Agent and Managed Software
2. reboot the new host.

reason why:

Because the Cloudera-manage agent is written in Python. If you failed to install previously, some zombie process will stay in your new host, this is hard to realise it.
