I\'m getting

Unable to resolve \'NETStandard.Library (>= 1.6.1)\' for \'.NETStandard,Version=v2.0\'.

in VSTS build using Hosted

Updating the Visual Studio 2017 to latest 15.4.1 version resolved the problem for me.
