apple sells appliances and celebrity products (hollywood) they have absolutely nothing to do with enterprise development cocoa has been abandoned before even being finished for the opportunistic cocoa touch if you are looking for anything at delphi/vcl or .net level, good luck to you (they have nothing of this kind)

ps this is why apple has no saying on server side and/or enterprise desktop side, that is, they have no clue and they never will. that is, they're in a different business. even their internal systems are linux based (just to let you know!)
