Fatal error: Please read “Security” section of the manual to find out how to run mysqld as root

I am not sure how to fix this:

dyn-72-33-214-45:python mona$ sudo /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqld stop

I had this issue while running MySQL on Minikube (Ubuntu box) and I solved it with:

sudo ln -s /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld /etc/apparmor.d/disable/
sudo apparmor_parser -R /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld
