Visual Studio 2015 Xamarin deploy fail without any error message

Question

I just installed VS 2015, the installation was finish (after some fail time caused by the slow network, I run setup again).

I create a project as Adroid > A

Is any Android Virtual Device running?

1. Open AVD menu

2. Launch the device

3. Wait for it to fully load
4. Build and deploy
5. Find your app in device's menu and execute it
