Facebook app is Public, but gives error “App not setup” when logging in

I have an Android app using Facebook to login.

The app is already public:

1. In Settings → Basic → Contact Email → give your or any email.

2. Make sure you have a valid Privacy Policy available.

3. In the App Review Tab change:

   Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?

   to Yes.
