Once Java(tm) Plug -In 2 SSV Helper was incompatible
Above solution did not work for me.
I solved it with the below instruction.
1. Go to IE settings
2. Internet options
3. Select Advanced tab
4. Scroll down to Security
5. Uncheck “Enable Enhanced Protected Mode”
6. Click OK and restart the browser
