Refresh button in Visual Studio Solution Explorer not working

Just got Visual Studio Express 2012 for Windows Desktop and finding myself overly annoyed that the Solution Explorer doesn\'t accurately reflect the state of my project. I k

Choose the project where you deleted the file and than click on show all files

Now you will get excluded/Removed files

Right Click > include in project.
