It all depends on what your goals are. As a beginner, pick whichever you think is easiest and start learning. You need to learn to program before you worry about what language to use for what.
When you are mature enough to list the pro's and con's of each on your own, then you are mature enough to ask this question (and despite how that sounds, it isn't circular logic).
