restart mysql server on windows 7

How do I restart MySQL on Windows 7?

I\'m using HeidiSql as a front end and there\'s no option in there.

The only other things I have is the MySQL 5.5 comma

In order to prevent 'Access Denied' error:

Start -> search 'Services' -> right click -> Run as admistrator
