If its possible uninstall wamp then run installation as administrator then change you mysql.conf file like that

    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
        Order Allow,Deny
    Allow from all
    Allow from all

Not: Before I reinstall as admin the solution above didn't work for me
