Try find and replace with a regular expression.
Find: ^(.+)((?:\r?\n.*)*)(?:\r?\n\1)$
^(.+)((?:\r?\n.*)*)(?:\r?\n\1)$
Replace: $1$2
$1$2
It is possible to introduce some variance in the first group.
