if The wampserver Version 2.5 then change apache configuration as

httpd.conf (apache configuration file): From

#LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so** 

To ,delete the #

LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so** 

this working fine to me
