GCM - How long does it take for push notifications to reach the device?

The time to Receive any PN(push notification) from FCM hardly matters on the number of target devices. However one thing that can matters is all the devices may or may not get notification at the same time, As After Android 6.0(Api 23) the Doze Mode came into play which restricts to catch the PN immediately from FCM. So if any of device is in Doze mode then it will receive the PN delayed.
