Eclipse auto suggest list very slow

By auto suggest, I mean that intellisense that pops up when I write something. My problem is that if I write something like btnMyButton. after typing .

    In summary:

    turn off JAX-WS Proposals in Content Assist

    Window > Preferences --> Java > Editor > Content Assist > Advanced
