Here is what I did to show .NET Core 3.0 in VS2019

1. Installed .NET Core 3.0 SDK (No Success)
2. Restarted VS2019 after installing .NET Core 3.0 SDK (No Success)
3. Updated VS2019 (Worked Perfectly)
