Use Math.round(), possibly in conjunction with MidpointRounding.AwayFromZero

eg:

Math.Round(1.2) ==> 1
Math.Round(1.5) ==> 2
Math.Round(2.5) ==> 2
Math.Round(2.5, MidpointRounding.AwayFromZero) ==> 3
