Google App Engine: appcfg.py rollback

I\'m using Windows 7 and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to call the rollback function on appcfg.py. All I want to know is what to type into the command prompt so

If you use maven for deploying your app (with goal appengine:update), then you can also run maven with goal appengine:rollback. It solved the issue for me.
