Eclipse - Failed to create the java virtual machine

I\'m having issue with running my Eclipse with the following config:

eclipse.ini

-startup
plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.2.0.v20110502.jar
--

It works for me after removing -XX:+UseParallelOldGC option from file.
