Using Bootstrap Tooltip with AngularJS

I am trying to use the Bootstrap tooltip in an app of mine. My app is using AngularJS Currently, I have the following:

Try the Tooltip (ui.bootstrap.tooltip). See Angular directives for Bootstrap
