VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for both all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED)

Question

Downloaded Xamarin Android Player and with >>next>> progress installed Virtual Box.

When I tried to start an emulator I got

Failed to initialized de

My BIOS VT-X was on, but I had to turn PAE/NX off to get the VM to run.
