Focus-follows-mouse (plus auto-raise) on Mac OS X

Focus-follows-mouse is also known as point-to-focus, pointer focus, and (in some implementations) sloppy

Use Dwell feature in mac. Go to Accessibility -> keyboard -> Accessibility keyboard (I'm on Catalina)
