you dont need the foreach

$info = array( 
                  $entries[ 'title' ], 
                  $entries[ 'gd:when attr' ][ 'startTime' ], 
                  $entries[ 'gd:where attr' ][ 'valueString' ], 
                  $entries[ 'content' ] 
                 );
