Add Nuget package - Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational

using Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore;
...
await YourContext.Database.ExecuteSqlCommandAsync("... @p0, @p1", param1, param2 ..)

This will return the row numbers as an int
