> makeNA <- function(x) str_replace(x,'-',NA_character_)
> mutate_all(test, funs(makeNA))
# A tibble: 5 x 2
  x     y    
   
1 100   5    
2 20.56 4    
3 0.003 3    
4 NA    2    
5 NA    1
