If you need to pull in that one class using annotations, add the following to one of your @Configuration classes

@ComponentScan(
    basePackageClasses = YourClass.class, 
    useDefaultFilters = false,
    includeFilters = {
        @ComponentScan.Filter(type = ASSIGNABLE_TYPE, value = YourClass.class)
    })
