To drop a FOREIGN KEY constraint:

MySQL:

ALTER TABLE Orders DROP FOREIGN KEY {Constraint/Key_name};

For SQL Server / Oracle / MS Access:

ALTER TABLE Orders DROP CONSTRAINT {Constraint/Key_name};
