if you macos 10.14.6 Mojave, Xcode 11.0+

then

cd /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs

sudo ln -s MacOSX.sdk/ MacOSX10.14.sdk
